Sara Bradshaw | AIA + RID
OWNER + PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT + INTERIOR DESIGNER
Sara is a longtime native of Lubbock and a 2010 graduate of Texas Tech University where she received her master’s in architecture. She has been in the architecture and construction industry since she completed her degree and has extensive experience with large commercial, development and residential projects throughout the west Texas region. Sara is passionate about the industry and wants to create unique and well thought out projects for every client. When she is not working hard on the firm’s projects, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John. They spend a lot of time outside with their horses and livestock.

LEAD RESIDENTIAL DESIGNER
Juan is a Lead Designer at SK Architecture Group and a graduate of Texas Tech University, with his master’s degree in architecture. When not working, Juan enjoys biking, watching movies and spending time with his family.

Lori Martin | Associate AIA
LEAD COMMERCIAL DESIGNER
Lori is a Lubbock native and graduate of Texas Tech University. Since receiving a bachelor of science – architecture degree in 2009, she has worked for architectural firms in Lubbock and Waco as a project manager and development director. She loves to keep up with the latest technology in the field to provide clients with the best practices and design experience available. She has been involved in a variety of project types including retail centers, tenant finish-outs, medical clinics, banking and financial facilities, K-12 and higher educational facilities, and multi-use developments. She is currently the lead commercial designer for SK Architecture Group and specializes in feasibility studies, garden offices, multi-family residential projects, and a variety of other projects for Lubbock and the surrounding areas. In her free time Lori enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, painting, home improvement projects, golfing, traveling to music festivals, and playing in a billiards league.

Cylie Velasquez
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
Cylie is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, with her bachelors of interior design and minor in architecture. She plans to begin her journey of becoming a licensed interior designer and continue to build the close-knit client relationships that she loves. In her free time Cylie enjoys walking her dog, going to the farmer's market, and golfing.

Alix is a 2023 graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelors in architecture. Soon she will be headed to graduate school ,and begin working towards a masters of architecture and masters of business administration. In her free time she enjoys cooking, sewing, and painting.

Gabriel Sanchez
COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Gabriel Sanchez, also known as Gabe, a proud West Texas native and lifelong Red Raider fan, brings a disciplined approach and global perspective from his four years of Navy service in Japan to his role. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University, his background in production home building design and commercial construction informs his expertise in project management and construction document production at SK Architecture Group.

Aniston is currently a student at Texas Tech University, expecting to graduate in May of 2025 with her bachelors degree in Interior Design. After graduation she will begin working towards becoming a licensed designer! She finds joy in attention to detail and the creative process and is looking forward to the future. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, finding inspiration, and reading.

Katie is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture with a minor in Spanish. She is currently pursuing her master’s in architecture at Texas Tech, further enhancing her expertise in the field. With a passion for design and a strong academic foundation, Katie brings a thoughtful, creative approach to her work. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jordan, and indulging in her hobbies of cooking, baking, and crafting.
